About the role

An independent AI movie studio is hiring a crew to adapt an original manga into a photorealistic series. One Upwork post covers filmmaking, character design, editing, and voice.

What you'll do

• Generate realistic cinematic shots from storyboards and scripts with Kling, Luma, Runway, Veo, or similar tools.
• Maintain consistent characters, environments, costumes, and lighting across scenes.
• Transform original manga characters into photorealistic human characters and reference sheets.
• Assemble AI-generated footage into scenes and episodes, including pacing, color, and continuity.
• Create character dialogue, narration, sound effects, and cinematic sound design.
• Develop repeatable production workflows for later episodes.

Requirements

• Experience with image-to-video generation, motion control, reference images, and prompt engineering for the filmmaker seat.
• ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Flux, or similar tools are desirable for character design.
• DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects for the editor seat.
• ElevenLabs or a comparable audio tool for the voice seat.
• The client wants cohesive films, not slideshows or disconnected AI clips.
