About the role
We produce AI avatar content for health and wellness brands, and we're hiring experienced creators to produce finished short-form videos from our scripts. This is a long-term, full-time role. You'll start at 4 videos per day and scale up to full-time volume as you prove consistency and quality. THE ROLE - We provide the script, a reference video and reference images the day before - You create the images and videos in Google Flow, then edit in CapCut - Short-form vertical videos, usually under a minute - Starting at a minimum of 4 finished videos per day, 6 days a week, scaling up from there REQUIREMENTS - Hands-on experience making AI videos in Google Flow (required) - Omni experience is a plus Pay: $2–3 per approved video, paid weekly, plus performance bonuses.
