Hiring 2 AI Video Editors: base + uncapped % on winners | Skincare brand We’re a US skincare brand running direct-response ads on Meta. Everything we launch is AI-made: UGC-style drama ads and Pixar-style animated stories. We need 2 editors who ship fast and want to get paid like a creative strategist, not an editor. Full-time preferred. Strong part-timers welcome. Comp [$2,500]/mo base full-time (goes up with consistent winners + time on the team) [$500] fixed bonus per winner All AI tools + any course or mentorship you want, paid A winner = [$20K+] spend at [1.8+] ROAS in the last 30 days. What you'll do
- Make AI-made UGC-style drama ads and Pixar-style animated stories for Meta.
- Ship finished videos on a full-time pace of about 6 videos.
- Use the AI tools the brand pays for.
