About the role
Build and optimize AI-driven sales funnels, chatbots, and CRM automations for an 8-figure revenue team. Reverse-engineer working funnels, connect tools with webhooks and APIs, and ship chatbot flows independently during Philippine business hours.
What you'll do
- Reverse-engineer existing working funnels and recreate them
- Build interactive chatbot flows and visual previews independently
- Connect tools using webhooks, APIs, and automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n
- Set up email automations in CRMs like ActiveCampaign
- Troubleshoot technical issues and research solutions independently
- Test system flows to ensure proper data transfer
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and AI/CRM software
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to investigate unfamiliar software independently
- Available full-time Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Philippine Time
- Comfortable using Hubstaff; include computer specs in the application
