AI Engineer | Hybrid - Centris/Makati

About the role

Hybrid AI Engineer in Makati designing, building, and operationalizing AI-enabled data products for enterprise decision-making. Integrate ML models, Generative AI, and RAG into lakehouse pipelines with Responsible AI governance.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that integrate with enterprise data products, pipelines, and lakehouse architectures
• Develop and operationalize machine learning models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and automation
• Design Generative AI solutions using LLMs, including RAG architecture and prompt engineering
• Embed AI capabilities into data pipelines with platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Databricks
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization so models are production-ready
• Contribute to Responsible AI governance: fairness, transparency, accountability, and documentation

Requirements

• Machine learning model development and lifecycle management, including feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment
• Experience with Azure AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, OpenAI) and/or Databricks (MLflow, Model Registry, Delta Lake)
• Strong Python and/or SQL for data processing and model integration
• MLOps: CI/CD for models, versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies
• Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days RTO per week at Eton Centris, Makati; night shift
