n8n Automation and AI Systems Specialist

About the role

Raven Tanks wants someone to build n8n workflows and AI-assisted email handling across CRM, quoting, and field operations.

What you'll do

• Process incoming enquiries, extract project details, match CRM records, and assign the work.
• Read emails and attachments and prepare responses or requests for information for staff approval.
• Connect Pipedrive and Gmail to follow up outstanding quotes without duplicate emails.
• On a won deal, transfer project details, link job folders, and create the handover tasks.
• Use AI to review specifications and drawings and retrieve historical pricing for the estimating team.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and maintaining n8n workflows.
• Able to design, build, test, and ship the automation rather than only recommend it.
• Comfortable connecting CRM, email, accounting, and field-operations tools.
