AI Workflow Analyst
About the role
The analyst watches AI-powered workflows and steps in when an AI system needs guidance, a human takeover, or an escalation.
What you'll do
- Monitor AI queues, alerts, and operational workflows.
- Review AI-generated outputs and decide whether to guide the AI, take over, or escalate.
- Give AI agents contextual instructions when they need them.
- Handle exception cases and return finished steps to the AI.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Practical proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar.
- Based in Quezon City.
