About the role
Raicom is hiring a Philippines-based senior developer to own customer-facing AI agents for support, voice, and retention across its ecommerce brands.
What you'll do
- Own an AI agent or core platform function from development through production.
- Build customer-facing agents for support, voice, and retention across SMS, email, and voice.
- Use Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, and review and test everything you ship.
- Write timely updates yourself.
Requirements
- Senior developer experience shipping production systems.
- Willing to overlap 2-3 hours with US Eastern working hours.
- Based in the Philippines.
- Fluent, work-level written English.
