About the role

Project Vertex pays you to write finance and accounting challenges that stump AI models. For each accepted task you deliver a prompt, a cited reasoning chain, and a grading rubric — the item only counts once a model fails it.

What you'll do

• Create finance and accounting challenges that AI models would struggle to solve
• Build questions that force chained real look-ups and exact calculations, not memory or a single search
• Write the prompt the model will see
• Write a step-by-step reasoning chain with every source and citation
• Write a grading rubric; the task only counts once the model is stumped

Requirements

• Preferred finance or accounting background, but not mandatory
• Ability to design multi-step look-up and calculation questions
• Write clear prompts, cited reasoning chains, and grading rubrics
• Comfortable iterating until a model fails the question
