About the role
OpenTrain AI is hiring a Travel Operations Expert to evaluate AI-powered travel workflows — reservations, booking, ticketing, and hospitality tools — and provide structured written feedback. The role runs 3–6 months as a remote contractor engagement, is open worldwide, and no prior AI training experience is required.
What you'll do
- Analyze and test travel operations workflows using booking, reservation, ticketing, and hospitality platforms.
- Evaluate AI-supported travel tools and integrated applications through realistic scenarios.
- Identify and document incorrect, inefficient, or unrealistic system outcomes.
- Explain operational issues clearly and provide actionable, structured feedback.
- Recommend improvements based on travel and hospitality best practices.
- Collaborate with project teams through concise written evaluations.
Requirements
- Professional experience in travel operations, hospitality, corporate travel, booking, reservations, ticketing, or travel management.
- Hands-on familiarity with reservation, ticketing, booking, or travel-management platforms.
- Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and unrealistic system behavior.
- Strong written communication and structured reporting skills.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- No prior AI training experience required.
