Claude AI Automation & Prompt Engineering Specialist

About the role

This is an execution-focused role for someone who can use Claude AI, Claude Code, and terminal tools to turn business instructions into working automated processes, then test and fix them.

What you'll do

• Create effective prompts, commands, and workflows using Claude AI and Claude Code.
• Work comfortably with terminal/command-line environments.
• Convert repetitive business activities into reusable, automated workflows.
• Execute tasks, review outputs, identify errors, and correct them.
• Build repeatable processes for data extraction, reporting, Excel/CSV/PDF processing, and business operations.
• Document workflows so they can be executed consistently.
• Proactively improve prompts and processes to reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Claude AI, preferably Claude Code.
• Strong prompt engineering and logical problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with terminal commands, scripts, and basic automation.
• High attention to detail and ability to independently troubleshoot.
• Strong written English and ability to follow business instructions.
