About the role

The role produces ultra-realistic direct-response ads, including AI UGC where products are applied, worn, or handled, and blends synthetic footage into live action. Output is at least three polished concepts a day. Pay is a $1,500 a month base retainer plus bonuses for winning ads.

What you'll do

• Deliver at least 3 distinct, polished ad concepts daily, including revisions from performance feedback.
• Create AI UGC characters that apply products, unbox, wear items, and handle objects without physical artifacts.
• Generate cinematic b-roll and scene extensions with models such as Runway, Kling, and Luma, and blend them into live-action footage.
• Direct hyper-realistic AI talking heads, including lip-sync, emotional delivery, and accent distinction.
• Handle scripting support, prompt engineering, compositing, upscaling, and sound as part of end-to-end post-production.

Requirements

• Ability to execute complex AI video workflows, not basic prompt-only generation.
• Skill with hyper-realistic AI UGC and product interaction, including applying, wearing, and handling products.
• Experience with advanced video models such as Runway, Kling, or Luma, and with blending synthetic footage into live action.
• Understanding of direct-response psychology, retention editing, pacing, and Meta or TikTok ad creative.
• Ability to hold realism, physical accuracy, and conversion quality while producing at least three concepts a day.
