About the role

We are looking for an AI & Automation Specialist to help streamline daily operations, improve lead follow-up, and reduce manual work.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain automations that streamline daily operations and lead follow-up.
• Connect lead forms, email, Google Sheets, calendars, and CRM systems.
• Create AI workflows for inquiry responses, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and internal reporting.
• Reduce manual work across operations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools and business automations.
• Experience with Google Workspace, APIs, and webhooks.
• Compensation is based on experience and demonstrated skills.
