About the role

Ad-Lab is a performance YouTube ad agency hiring an AI video producer to turn briefs into raw footage with VEO3, Kling, HeyGen, and similar tools. The work is prompting, iterating, and delivering production-ready clips for ecommerce ads.

What you'll do

• Craft prompts for VEO3, Kling, HeyGen, and similar AI video tools to generate clips.
• Produce raw video footage that matches creative briefs and direct-response messaging.
• Iterate on AI-generated outputs to refine quality, consistency, and performance.
• Translate written scripts and concepts into visual scenes using AI tools.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and editors on direction and deliverables.
• Stay current with AI video tools, prompting techniques, and workflows.
• Manage multiple projects while keeping speed and quality.

Requirements

• Strong prompting skills and the ability to produce high-quality AI video at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as VEO3, Kling, HeyGen, or similar platforms.
• Ability to turn a creative brief into production-ready footage.
• Preferred: experience producing video for YouTube or paid social ads.
• Preferred: understanding of direct-response ad structure and ecommerce brands.
